(Update 2014.11.06 – In retrospect, reviewing how Israeli Jews came to be regarded as the only "legitimate target of Arab Muslim terrorism" in the world, GW Bush's decision here was that watershed point in history, giving America's imprimatur to a policy that defines Israeli Jews as sole exception in the world, to be the only "justified" targets in the world for Arab Muslim terrorist atrocities, granting Arab Muslim terrorists license to commit terrorist atrocities against Israeli Jews only under the guise of "resisting occupation". I warned against it with all my might, to no avail.
Enticed, encouraged and prodded by Muslim Arab terrorist countries to follow GW Bush's policy, all of the world's countries have since fallen into lockstep with GW Bush's 30 pieces of silver, with which he built his self-contradicting "anti-terrorist coalition" built around a nucleus of Muslim Arab terrorist members.)

Now all countries are buying into the terrorist-Islamic ruse that the definition of terror specifically excludes the “‘Palestinian’ resistance against the occupation.” Powell has bought it and, therefore, Bush has bought it. Blowing up Israeli Jews no longer counts as terror against human beings. Jews, particularly Israeli Jews, are less than other human beings.
